School Collocations: Something Seems Imbalanced

When I hear about some strange school collocations, I have to wonder what might lie ahead.  

1.  How about the collocation of Harlem Success Academy with the Pubic School for Success Academy Rejects?

2.  How about the Charter School of Excellence in Test Preparation being collocated with the Public School Scheduled for Closing Due to Poor Test Performance?

3.  How about the Charter School for Spiffy Uniforms being collocated with the Public School for I Don't Have Paper or Pen Again Today?

4.  How about the Charter School for Ha, Ha, We've Taken Your Dance Studio, Library and Third-Floor Bathroom being collocated with the Public School for Dwindling Resources and One Bathroom For the Multitudes?
