Charter Vultures are Perched Outside Your Public School!

Sadly, some seek to destroy public education in the United States by any and all means at their disposal.  Charter vultures will do everything and anything to aid the process.  They have feathered their nests with millions and are ready to use them to accomplish their ends.  When the public schools are killed with their approval and sometimes not-so-tacit cooperation, they will rush in to earn profits or to assign themselves half-million dollar salaries.  Some of these scavengers even use their vast resources to control the media.  Be on the lookout for these birds lurking on the edges of a public-school system near you.  I guarantee you won't need binoculars to see them!
